"The Flash" season 2 details will feature Earth 2 Laurel Lance leading an army in episode 22 synopsis and Wally West to have "Speed Force" powers in the show soon.
New plot details for episode 22 of "The Flash" season 2 titled "Invincible" will feature Barry Allen/The Flash (Grant Gustin) and Team Flash encounter of Zoom's (Teddy Sears and Tony Todd) metahuman army from Earth 2 and it is lead by Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy), specifically her doppelganger code named Black Siren.
Earth 2 Laurel Lance like the other doppelgangers will be depicted as a metahuman and possibly have sound based powers similar to her Earth 1 counterpart. Episode 22 plot details will also deal with Wally West (Keiynan Lonsdale) doing heroic deeds in Central City much to the chagrin of his father, Joe West (Jesee L. Martin), while Henry Allen (John Wesley Shipp) talks to Iris (Candice Peyton) about Barry fighting Zoom to save the both Earth 1 and 2, ComicBookResources reported.
With Wally West inspired to do good in Central City similar to The Flash, it seems that showrunners Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg will likel put Wally into the path of becoming a hero within the show.
It theorized that Wally might developed "Speed Force" powers as the upcoming episode "Rupture" will have Barry attempts to regain in super speed powers by making another particle accelerator explotion with the help of Earth 2 Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh), Cisco Ramon ( Carlos Valdes) and the rest of the S.T.A.R. Labs team.
The said explotion might mutate Wally and gain the same powers as Barry. Kreisberg teased before that Wally might become Kid Flash just before season 2 ever got started comparing thr similar transformation Roy Harper (Colton Haynes) did on "Arrow", Entertainment Weekly reported.
Kreisberg stated for now that show will focus on Barry and him alone is the only heroic speedster within the show.
Team Flash will also contend on handling another Earth 2 metahuman named Rupture who happens to be the doppleganger of Cisco's brother, Dante (Nicholas Gonzales). Barry also seeks advice from both Henry and Joe about getting his powers and facing Zoom, with Henry not allowing it and Joe being supportive of Barry's decision.
"The Flash" returns on Tuesday 8pm on the CW Network.
