Meanwhile, in other "Archer" news, Judy Greer, who gives her voice to Cheryl Tunt, talked to Toronto Sun about the show and how she looks like a cartoon version of Kristen Wiig.
"Archer" Season 7 has switched the base of operation to Los Angeles and ex-spies - Sterling Archer (H. Jon Benjamin), Lana Kane (Aisha Tyler), Malory Archer (Jessica Walter), Dr. Krieger (Lucky Yates), Cyril Figgis (Chris Parnell), Ray Gillette (Adam Reed), Pam Poovey (Amber Nash) and Cheryl have now become private detectives.
When asked Greer about attachment to Cheryl or a live-action character, she said that she has never been a part of a live-action show for that long.
"But in Archer, we record by ourselves, so my relationship with Cheryl feels really personal and solitary. I feel super protective of Cheryl. She's like my imaginary friend, because she doesn't go out and relate to other people. She is everything that I want her to be. She's mine. SHE'S MINE. She isn't even Adam's any more," Gree said.
She praised "Archer" and how the show is giving and she called the fans of the show the "coolest."
"If I'm ever in a bar having a drink and someone's like, 'Hey, I love you in Archer,' then I feel like I probably could have a drink with that person," the actress said.
She added that "Archer" fans are loyal and passionate about the show, characters and actors lending their voice to the characters.
