Last week, when Song Joong-ki held his fan meet in Beijing, the total number of audience ballooned to 11 million because of the live broadcast of the event done by iQiyi and Weibo.
So far there is no formal announcements yet from Blossom Entertainment, iQiyi or Weibo if they would provide another live broadcast for the Wuhan fan meet on Saturday, May 21. According to HelloKpop, the venue for the Wuhan fan meet is the Wuhan Lobby of the China Culture Expo Center.
The center is located at No. 619, Parrot Avenue, Hanyang District, Wuhan City, Hebei Province.
Beyond the venue, there is sparse information about tomorrow’s fan meet, particularly ticket prices. However, like the Bangkok and Beijing fan meets, scalpers would surely take advantage of the situation and sell tickets up to 6,800 yuan ($1,040), although the normal price of ticket in the Beijing meet was 1,080 yuan ($165).
However, the “Descendants of the Sun” actor has been confirmed to push through with the Wuhan fan meet. Photos of his departure from the Incheon airport in Seoul, South Korea to Wuhan have been posted in the Song Joong kiTh fan page, the actor’s Facebook page for his Thai fans.
A video of the 30-year-old actor has also been posted on YouTube at Incheon.
His next fan meet after Wuhan would be at the Guangzhou International Sports Arena on May 27 and at the Shenzhen Bay Sports Center on May 28. Next weekend would surely be a busy one for Song Joong-ki.
