There are speculations that the forthcoming OnePlus 3 will have an 8-megapixel selfie camera and a 16-megapixel primary snapper.
The OnePlus 2 smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset. It is available with 16 GB of internal storage and 3 GB of RAM or 64 GB of onboard storage and 4 GB of RAM. Also, the OnePlus 2 does not have a microSD card slot.
Rumors are doing the rounds that the upcoming OnePlus 3 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset. It is expected that the new handset will be available with 32 GB of storage capacity and 4 GB of RAM or with 64 GB of internal storage and 6 GB of RAM.
According to some reports, the OnePlus 3 smartphone will also be available with 128 GB of storage. At present, it is not known whether the new device will support microSD cards or not.
Reports suggest that OnePlus has rolled out Android 6.0 Marshmallow to the OnePlus 2 smartphone.
It is said that the OnePlus 3 smartphone will run on OxygenOS based on Android 6.0 M straight out of the box.
The OnePlus 2 has a fingerprint scanner and the OnePlus 3 is also expected to get a fingerprint sensor for improved security of the smartphone.
Meanwhile, ahead of the OnePlus 3 smartphone announcement and launch date, online retailer Oppomart has disclosed the price and all the details.
It is confirmed that 128GB, 64GB and 32GB models will be available. Buyers can expect $429 or $449, $399 and $369 for final pricing.
The OnePlus 3 smartphone will be released on June 14 with no invites. According to reports, the handset has more than enough to take on HTC, Samsung and others.
