Peru have shocked Brazil in Group by defeating and eliminating them from Copa America 2016. Moreover, Peru finished at the top in Group B.
Meanwhile, Colombia finished in second place in Group A. Peru vs. Colombia is considered as a high profile game in the quarter-finals as all the tickets are sold out for the match, NJ reported. Also, no tickets will be made available on the day of the match.
Elsewhere, Carloz Sanchez of Colombia stated that against any opponent they have to be mentally strong.
"I think the team that prepares better mentally for this game will make the difference. In today's age, everything is a lot more equal and the games are won by little things. While we will try to get the best out of us physically, games are hotly contested and you have to work more on what is the mental aspect," Sanchez said via Goal.com.
"Peru have demonstrated an important power, and it is a team that is always getting better."
