It looks like Kurapika will be forced into battle immediately as the crown wars officially begins. Before delving to possible scenarios for "Hunter X Hunter" chapter 359, here is a recap of the previous chapter.
The journey to the new and unexplored continent begins as the Great King of Nakin addressed the crowd. One of leaders of the expedition, Master Beyond, was introduced along with the princes, who all have vicious intent to be the next king. After the ceremony, the carrier that will take them to the unexplored lands was introduced.
The Black Whale has five decks, with the first floor being exclusive for the princes and the V5's political figures. The second floor is exclusive for celebrities and prominent figures, while the third to fifth floor will house regular passengers. The passageways leading to higher floors are heavily guarded by royal guards and martial law is strictly implemented. Moreover, the second and third floors is covered by a thick wall that will only open in case of emergency.
Meanwhile, the bodyguards were informed that the real battle will begin in two months after the land fall ceremony. For the meantime, they will remain as guards and not as soldiers. Turns out, these are men of the first prince Benjamin and he also informed the others that the royal family is required to meet every Sunday.
Kurapika made a plan on how he can successfully defend his client. He knew that their battle force is relatively weak compared to the other princes, which made him decide to be more cautious. However, he never got the chance to do so as the war has begun earlier than expected.
Fans over at Reddit think that Kurapika will be able to successfully defend his client but he will be forced to team up with the other princes' fighters as well. Also, fans over at Manga Helpers are still shocked with what happened to Kortopi and Shalnark. Some believe that members of the Phantom Troupe will be aboard the Black Whale and Hisoka will find a way to follow them.
