Jamie Dornan, known for his character as Christian Grey in the erotic film "Fifty Shades of Grey," may show some frontal nudity in the upcoming "Fifty Shades Darker."
According to Masterherald, Dornan received an offer of $1.5 million if he was willing to film a frontal nude scene. The money offered is different from the pay check that he is going to receive once "Fifty Shades Darker" kicks off. Now that the second part of E.L James's novel "Fifty Shades Darker" is currently on the works, fans are wondering if Dornan would ever agree to bare it all for the film.
In addition, rumor has it that during the talk with Dornan about the nudity, the director James Foley, who took over the place of Sam Taylor-Johnson, promised that it would be done artistically and it wouldn't have that much sexual atmosphere in the scene.
The director added that the frontal part of Dornan would not be focused on the shot, thus, it would only be caught in passing. In short, fans would not see Dornan's package fully in "Fifty Shades Darker" but just a teaser; however, as of the moment, he has not yet given any confirmation if he is on board with the director's ideas.
On other news, according to Morning news USA, the upcoming sequel "Fifty Shades Darker" has a lot of steamy scenes compared to the first one, and Dornan's wife is just not too pleased about it. This report could also mean that the chances of Dornan bearing it all doesn't seem to be possible.
Dornan was feeling torn on whether he continues filming or be with his wife whose currently experiencing post-partum depression. But since there is no news about cancellation of "Fifty Shades Darker" filming, it seems like he is already decided to continue portraying the role of Christian Grey.
Dornan's wife Amelia also seemed to have gotten over her issue with her husband and co-star Dakota Johnson's sharing a steamy scene on screen, as the couple were last seen spending more time with each other in between takes during "Fifty Shades Darker's" filming in Canada.
"Fifty Shades Darker" is set to premiere on Feb. 10, 2017.
