Google Play Music Unlimited and YouTube Red will be available for free for the new customers. The service was always free with advertising but this effort is to promote customers to the premium tire.
One the promotion period of four months is over, you will pay $9.99 for a monthly subscription. In case, you want to cancel, you can do it before the four month period runs out. Even then, the user will get the full four-month package for free.
YouTube Red comes as a bundled package with Google Play Music for a subscription price of $40. The deal is available only for new subscribers; people who are already using the package will not be entitled to the benefit.
Subscribers who are using Google Play music for free will be getting the deal. For those who were once under the paid package and then continued to the free one, the new deal will not be available, 9to5 Google pointed out.
The promotion is specially made for July, 4, Independence Day of America. The offer may be thus available exclusively to the United States, Android Police pointed out. This offer is not available in all regions the website suggests. However, it is not verified if it is a US only offer or not.
The unlimited streamed music will be available for customers from the July, 4 weekend. It seems to be a limited time offer, though. You can enjoy free music till the beginning of November, this year.
