"The Fosters" season 4, episode 3 will see Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) being blamed for what happened to her and her schoolmates.
In the previous episode, Marian's boyfriend Nick went to school with a gun on hand. The latter wanted to shoot either Mariana of her ex-boyfriend after Nick saw them kissing.
Luckily, Nick wasn't able to hurt Mariana or any of her family members. However, when her schoolmates found out the real reason why Nick wanted to hurt her, they became extremely pissed at her.
In "Trust," the students at the high school will have an open forum to discuss what they felt when they were locked inside the classrooms while police officials went in search for Nick.
One of the students said that the worst part with the gun lockdown for her was when everything just became quiet.
After the student finished talking about how she felt, another one asked whether or not Nick showed up at Mariana's house with a gun.
"Is it true? Nick showed up at your house with a gun?" she asked.
"Oh, uhm, yeah..." Mariana said hesitantly.
"Coz you were cheating on him..." the student continued.
"Well, no. He was gonna hurt himself, and I had to talk him out of it," Mariana tried to explain herself.
"You're the reason he flipped out. So don't go acting like you're some kind of hero," another student said.
At this point, Mariana's brother Jesus (Noah Centineo) defended the former.
"Whoa, you weren't even there so you don't know what happened. Okay? So why don't you shut the hell up? You can't just sit there and point fingers at my sister for something that she didn't do..." Jesus said.
The moderator then urged all of the students to calm down by saying that blaming each other wouldn't be productive for them.
Meanwhile, the upcoming episode will also see Callie (Maia Mitchell) being suspended from school.
While she's not attending her classes, the lead character will meet a handsome law school student named Aaron. Once again, the guy could pose a threat between Callie and Brandon's (David Lambert) relationship with each other.
"The Fosters" season 4, episode 3 will air on Freeform on July 11 at 8 p.m. ET.
