Michael Schumacher health condition has always been among the mind of people and Formula One fans, who are always desperate to know how their favorite player, Michael Schumacher is doing. However, none of the fans are equipped with the first-hand and real information on the situation.
For sports fans, it is hard to think of Formula One without thinking of Schumacher. A mere thought of his health condition makes them Google "How is Michael Schumacher" or "Michael Schumacher health updates." But at the end of the day, they are left heartbroken having found no information about his health at all.
According to Schumacher's manager Sabine Kehm, the player still demands privacy, CrossMap has learned. The Formula One champion has always requested privacy in his life, even before the time of his accident. And there is nothing that the fans can do about it now.
"We just have to accept that the family wants to continue to protect their privacy," Kehm said during a charity event, according to Fox Sports. "Of course, Michael will not disappear, but at the moment the private situation is so difficult that unfortunately no insight can be given. There must be understanding for this."
The Schumacher family was struck by the disaster back in 2013 when the seven times Formula One racing champion suffered a serious head injury while skiing. Having suffered from a traumatic brain injury, Schumacher was immediately airlifted to a hospital and placed in a medically induced coma.
The German retired racing driver remained in coma for about six months, before leaving the hospital for rehabilitation at the University Hospital in Lausanne. In September 2014, he was shifted back to his home and since then he has been receiving treatment and rehabilitation services privately.
Schumacher has always liked to keep his personal life separate from his professional life. He is an introvert by nature and by not revealing any key details about his health, Schumacher's family is just honoring his desire or privacy.
Everyone knows that Schumacher is no longer in coma. However, no one has any information, whether he is able to talk now or not. Apart from a few updates that provide a hint at Schumacher's health, all that the fans know is that it is taking a tong time for him to recover.
