WWE superstar and UFC fighter Brock Lesnar was flagged by the United States Anti-Doping Agency about a possible violation. According to the latest rumors, Lesnar's match against Randy Orton at SummerSlam is in jeopardy because of the same alleged doping violation.

Days after defeating Mark Hunt via unanimous decision at UFC 200, Lesnar was notified by USADA that he potentially violated their anti-doping policy. There are rumors circulating that The Beast took some inhaled corticosteroids while training to cure asthmatic symptoms, ENT Imports reported.

If this is indeed true, Lesnar did not take any performance-enhancing drugs but corticosteroids could lead to a positive test. Nevertheless, all parties involved will be investigating the matter and it could put the match against Orton at SummerSlam in jeopardy.

According to The Inquisitr, the investigation on Lesnar's case could take time while if found guilty, he could be suspended. For those thinking that the WWE is not a real sport, the New York State Athletic Commission regulates professional wrestling. WWE SummerSlam 2016 will be held in Brooklyn which is under the NYSAC.

On the other hand, Lesnar may not be suspended at all by the NYSAC but he and the WWE could be facing a big fine. However, the WWE will have no problem paying the penalty but it is not a good look to allow him to perform while under investigation.

It has been a round couple of weeks for the UFC and the WWE. The UFC 200 card suffered greatly with a potential doping violation by Jon Jones, and now Lesnar. Hunt has already demanded the UFC to give him Lesnar's purse or he will quit.

As for the WWE, Roman Reigns recently failed the company's Wellness Policy and he was suspended for 30 days on June 21. Lesnar's potential doping violation is a big blow to the company but it can all go away if The Beast is not found guilty.

Nonetheless, the WWE will need to have a backup plan just in case Lesnar gets suspended and he cannot compete at SummerSlam. They could always make a call to The Undertaker to save the day or even make a Shane McMahon vs. Triple H match.
