An unidentified flying object (UFO) was recently spotted looming over New York city. The huge black spacecraft did freak out the residents, however, it also reminded them of a scene from "Independence Day," a blockbuster based on alien apocalypse.
According to the Metro, the UFO hovering over the New York City was a bit smaller than the one in the movie. But still, it was visible from New Jersey as well and stayed in the sky for a few hours. It is not clear what the object was, as it could have been a drone or a balloon.
However, a majority of residents who witnessed the moment believe that it was something extraterrestrial. It is yet to be confirmed whether the UFO indicated the arrival of aliens or if it signifies that an extraterrestrial species is about to arrive to live on Earth along with humans.
Several motorists filmed the large black object looming over the Big Apple. The clip was then uploaded by UFO investigators Secure Team 10 on their official YouTube channel. According to The Sun, the team has received emails from "multiple sources, all eluding to the fact that there was a large black strange-looking object sitting in the sky that would at times sit completely stationary."
People who witnessed the object further claimed that they heard strange noises in the area when the UFO appeared. In addition, they said that they felt the vibrations before finally spotting the UFO in the sky. According to a source who stays on Staten Island, they started to hear a faint, sort of vibrational static sound that soon grew loud until the point when faint vibrations could be felt.
Initially the source thought that it could have been a banner that are usually towers behind an airplane. However, soon it was realized that the object was far too large to be a banner of any sought. In addition, there was no airplane in sight in the entire sky.
Recently, a strange UFO was spotted approaching Earth's atmosphere in a live feed from the International Space Station (ISS). However, the feed was abruptly disconnected as the object started getting closer to Earth. NASA was blamed for the act, which later clarified that the signal control is not in their hands.
