Avid fans of the "Pokémon" franchise have been clamoring for any bit of information about the upcoming "Pokémon Sun and Moon." The Pokémon Company has been consistent in providing details about the upcoming games and it is believed that the next batch of information will be coming to the official Pokémon website on Aug. 1.
New information about "Pokémon Sun and Moon" will appear on the games' official website at 9 a.m. EDT, according to Serebii. Fans should also expect more updates in the upcoming CoroCoro issue.
While there is no much known about the contents of the upcoming update, aficionados should expect more new Pokémon as it has been tradition with the Pokémon Company. Fans can find out more information about "Pokémon Sun and Moon" on Aug. 1 by heading to the official website.
As a tradition, prior to the release of new information, The Pokémon Company releases a video on YouTube. It is also important to keep an eye on the Pokémon Twitter accounts, wherein both the English account and Japanese account will feature a link to the website or clip immediately they are released.
For those who have not been following up on the Pokémon news, there are 25 new Pokémon. The number is expected to increase further as the release date for the games draws near.
The last "Pokémon Sun and Moon" announcement featured a sneak peek that gave the official confirmations for Mimikyu and Bewear, besides introducing four new Pokémon. In addition, the video clip had Hyper Training, which will transform the Pokémon competitive scene. Initially, the game developer had sneakily unveiled a peek that introduced Salandit to games.
It is important to note that Pokémon combats generally involved one trainer against the other. However, with released Battle Royal, four gamers engage in a four-way battle that places each trainer against each of the other three in a fierce melee. Each of the four trainers is supposed to choose three Pokémon and send one of them into battle at a time.
The battle is over at the end of any turn when all the Pokémon of a trainer faint. Gamers are ranked and the winner is declared according to the number of Pokémon he defeated and the number of Pokémon remaining to play.
"Pokémon Sun and Moon" will release on Nov 18. Here is footage for details on the upcoming update.
