Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston's relationship has become stronger ever since the epic battle between the "Shake It Off" singer and rapper Kanye West's wife, Kim Kardashian broke out. This is quite evident from the recent statement that Hiddleston gave about his love.
"The Night Manager" star seems confident that his relationship with Swift will definitely not affect his acting career. The love affair between Hiddleston and Swift has grown stronger ever since they accepted it publicly and Swift separated from the ex-boyfriend, Calvin Harris.
Despite all speculations, rumors and limelight, Hiddleston believe that a surge in attention has neither affected his relationship or his career as he stays true and authentic to himself, according to People. The publication asked the actor at Comic Con on July 23, Saturday whether an increased attention affects him in any way.
"I don't know, it comes down to being authentic," Hiddleston responded. "Everything you do you have to make sure you truly believe in it and as long as you know that, it doesn't matter what anyone else says about it."
Hiddleston further said that it is normal for people to have a opinion about someone who is a public figure. As long as the person in question knows what they have done, why they have done it and how authentic it is, it means that they are perfectly alright.
Talking about his career, the actor expressed his happiness over the fact that "The Night Manager" has earned over 12 Emmy nominations. Hiddleston said that he is totally thrilled about it.
Meanwhile, Swift's ex-boyfriend Harris seems to be having a blast post break up with the "Bad Blood" singer, according to E! Online. The 37-year-old DJ was recently pictured attending Jenifer Lopez's early birthday party in Las Vegas. At the same party, Kardashian was also present.
Harris also shared a video of himself and Kardashian lip-syncing at West's song. The video was released almost a week after Kardashian leaked the Snapchat videos of her husband and Harris' ex, in which they both discussed the lyrics of the rapper's now infamous song, "Famous."
After the leaked footage became viral, Swift accused the couple of "character assassination" and claimed that it is only a part of the full story. However, Kardashian clearly claimed that Swift was acting innocent and that she is the one who is lying.
