One valuable ally will die in "Nanatsu no Taizai" chapter 187 as the battle against the Ten Commandments intensifies. Also, fans believe Meliodas' revival will be coming soon.
Early spoilers were leaked courtesy of Manga Sail and Denzel's battle against Derrierie will turn out to be complete massacre of the former. In the previous chapter, Denzel unveiled the ace up his sleeves which turned out to be summoning a goddess and make his body as its vessel.
As seen in the raw photos, Denzel seemed to have the upper hand at first, as Derrierie is clearly affected by his attacks. However, the female demon unleashed her true power and Denzel's next attacks were rendered useless. The Goddess inside him also tried to communicate with the demon, but the goddess possessing Denzel was massacred in one attack, taking the leader of the Pleades with her to the afterlife.
As the battle concluded, Fraudrin was seen staring at the remaining members of the Holy Knights, whose fate is to be determined in the next chapter. They are up against three members of the Ten Commandments in Monspiet, Fraudrin and Derierre with only Ban of the Seven Deadly Sins to back them up.
Fans over at Marineford believe Meliodas' resurrection is about to happen soon as the number of Holy Knights defending Leones is starting to go down rapidly. It was revealed that the Demon King resides inside Meliodas and may be the reason for his immortality. Also, some suggest that it will be Zaratras and Meliodas who will come to the king's aid and they will be able to make Derrierie's team retreat.
Fans also anticipate the return of Merlin, who has been out of action after she turned to stone via Galan's curse. With her on the team, the Seven Deadly Sins may be able to go toe-to-toe against the Ten Commandments. Also, it is believed that she is a member of the Goddess race and she will give light to the origins of her clan.
