Actor Dwayne Johnson has made it apparent that his "Fast 8" feud is with co-star Vin Diesel is for real after the former failed to name check the latter in his end-of-shoot shout-out.
The 44-year-old actor, Johnson while thanking everyone associated with the film on Instagram gave a miss to the 49-year-old producer and actor Diesel, Entertainment Weekly reported.
Johnson wrote in a post which also had a picture of him posing next to the door of a private jet: "Finished strong, on to the next. That is an official(sic) wrap on #FastandFurious8."
While in another post, he thanked the director F. Gary Gray for his vision and its execution and also thanked the Universal for being "tremendous partners". He also thanked his co-stars for "the daily effort and grind."
He also thanked Scott Eastwood,Tyrese Gibson and Natalie Emmanuel in a post.
He added, "And a huge THANK YOU to our hard working production crew which is the backbone of our business."
In a post, he praised the family of "Fast" franchise for coming together for yet another amazing movie for the world and said he is proud of the entire team of the movie. He ended the post by thanking the entire crew for their kind words for him the night before.
In a post earlier this month, the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) star who will be seen for the fourth time in his role of a government agent Luke Hobbs in the upcoming "Fast" installment, had made apparent his anger towards one of his castmates. "There's no other franchise that gets my blood boiling more than this one," he wrote on Instagram.
Johnson, who is otherwise known by his WWE moniker "the Rock", made headline earlier in the week for posting complaints on his social media accounts about some of his male co-stars in the movie. He remarked in a post that while some conduct themselves as stand-up men and true professionals while others do not, Los Angeles Times reported.
It has been confirmed that Johnson's attack was aimed at his co-star Diesel.
