A mutant piglet born with what looks like a human face and with a penis-like growth on top of its head was born in China. Videos and photos of the animal are circulating in both Chinese and western social media sites and had gone viral.
Metro reported that the piglet is shown lolling out its tongue while yawning or gasping for breath. The animal with a human face has ears that are flat against its head – again another human feature – and bulbous eyes. But the most prominent feature of the pig is the penis on top of its head.
The unique appearance of the piglet has led to speculations on the reason behind its weird appearance, including it could have been caused by pollution.
Still in China, a two-headed pig was recently born to farmer Zhong Xulong a few months ago. The pig attracted a lot of public attention and there was even an offer of $277 to buy the animal, but Zhong turned it down.
Pulse also reported that in 2015, another pig with a human face and penis on its head was likewise born in China. The unique animal is one of 13 piglets born to the sow which rejected the newborn. Since the piglet also refused a feeding bottle, it eventually died.
