Fans of Amy Farrah Fowler (Mayim Bialik) and Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons) may finally see the two living together in "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10. After Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Leonard Hofstadter (Johnny Galecki)'s wedding, it looks like another wedding is going to take place.
Viewers have many reasons to get excited about "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 premiere. The new season 10 may see many changes in relationships, particularly Amy and Sheldon, who grew closer in Season 9. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Molaro said that Amy and Sheldon may finally decide to live together.
"There are some big experiments in store for them and their relationship," Molaro told the publication about Amy and Sheldon's cohabitating is an experiment for the show. "A good way to trick Sheldon into doing things is by framing it in terms of science."
The executive producer also hinted the same when he was asked by The Hollywood Reporter if Amy and Sheldon's relationship could end up in a wedding. Although Molaro did not point out straight if the two characters may tie the knots in "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10, he did say that he is considering that in the near future, which could be also this season. When asked if there could be two weddings happening, the executive producer could not help but laugh.
Before Season 10 airs, the best comedy series on the television is still facing the problem about the fate of the show since all of its cast members are not yet signing a new contract yet after this season. Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch are asking for a salary raise to continue for another season.
At this moment, Molaro could not say whether there will be another season after "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10. There is a possibility that some may renew their contracts while others may decide to leave the show if their demands on salaries will not be given.
However, Molaro assured that the production for Season 10 is not affected at all. All the cast returned to continue filming the first three episodes of the new season.
"The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 returns on Sept. 19, Monday, at 8 p.m. Check out the interview of Nayyar when he said that Season 10 could be the show's last:
