"Married at First Sight" (MAFS) Season 4 episode 10 titled "In Sickness and in Health" debuts Sept. 20, Tuesday. The show will see the remaining two couples-Sonia Granados and Nick Pendergrast, and Lillian Vilchez and Tom Wilson-continue to deal with marital issues and struggle to make their marriage work. In the previous episodes, Derek and Heather called off their marriage. Meanwhile, Tom and Lillian have disagreements over baby plans. It seems Lillian is not very keen on starting a family.
Moving on to "Married at First Sight" Season 4 episode 10. According to TV Guide's description of the upcoming episode, there are some happy times in store for Tom and Lillian.
It is Lillian's birthday and Tom wants to make it special for her. The celebration begins as he plans to make it memorable for his wife. Fans can expect the couple to spend some good time together as they come together to celebrate Lillian's special day. Will this help them strengthen their bond?
In the meantime, things continue to get tensed between Nick and Sonia. Nick feels that Sonia has "pushed him too far." Are they on the path of separation, too?
In addition, the show will shed some light on Heather and Derek. The estranged couple contemplates over their time together and reviews their decisions. Media outlets and fans are speculating whether they will put their differences aside and reconcile or not.

As for Lillian and Tom, things don't look too good for them. Lillian is uncertain about their future together. And Derek and Heather remember the good times they spent together.
