The "How to Get Away With Murder" Season 1 revolved around the character of Annalise Keating, played by Viola Davis, and her law students and associates attempting to look for the murderer of Lila Stangard, a sorority girl portrayed by Megan West. In their season finale that aired on Feb. 26, they were able to achieve what they have aimed for a long time.
Here are the highlights of the Feb. 26 finale:
- Laurel by Karla Souza and Wes by Alfred Enoch start to suspect that Rebecca might have been involved in Lila's murder. Laurel, Wes, Michael, and Connor tie up Rebecca and invited Annalise to interrogate the witness. Rebecca then admits that she was present when Lila died.
- Michaela found her engagement ring after thinking that she must have lost it in the woods after disposing Sam's body. Laurel returns the pricey ring to Michaela and explains that she has found the ring in Connor's ring.
- Connor was asked to have himself tested for STD by Oliver, his boyfriend. After the tests, Oliver eventually tells Connor that he is the one who has STD.
- Frank, who is being played by Charlie Weber, is the murderer of the sorority girl, but did it because it served as a repayment for his debt to Sam. The "debt" was not revealed.
- Before the finale ends, Rebecca was found dead and stashed in Annalise's basement. Both Annalise and Frank know the crime, but nobody knows who has committed the crime.
A season 2, which is still to be ordered officially by ABC, is predicted to be driven by the search for the murderer of Rebecca Sutter by Katie Findlay since the character was murdered in the closing moment of the finale.
