"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 5 airs on Oct. 20, Thursday. The upcoming segment is titled "Both Sides Now" and it is expected to reveal a big news. In the previous episode, Alex struggles to make things right. After discovering a rare condition, he saves a patient's life. Meanwhile, April and Jackson struggle to adapt to their new living arrangement. Meredith refuses to go out with Nathan after she sees their patients' health take a turn. And Amelia and Owen decide that they want to have a family together.
Moving on to "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 5. The network has released a synopsis for "Both Sides Now" on its official website. According to the press release Amelia has important news for Owen. Is she pregnant?
A promo video for Season 13 episode 5 shows Amelia telling Meredith she is pregnant. The only problem is that she has taken the test yet.

A sneak peek into "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 5 suggests that the news reaches April and she is thrilled for Amelia. Next shot shows Amelia approaching Owen to tell him the news.
In the meantime, Owen has a new responsibility. He is charged with a babysitting duty of Jackson and April's baby, Harriet. He'll be struggling and seek assistance from other doctors.
