Two Asian actors will play supporting roles in "Resolves Eleven Myths." "The Breaks" actor Grant Koo and "The OA" actor Marcus Choi will play Clayton and Det. Ray Yamada.
Choi made his debut as Yamada in "Blindspot" Season 2 episode 6 titled "Her Spy's Mind," which aired on Oct. 19 on NBC. In the episode, Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) and Nas Kamal (Archie Punjabi), the head of Zero Division, chased a fugitive whistleblower in Bulgaria;
After watching "Her Spy's Mind," many fans want to know what the deal with Weller and Nas's make-out session was. Recently, executive producer Martin Gero talked about the two characters played by Stapleton and Punjabi, who recently told Entertainment Tonight that she was voted Class Clown when she was young.
"Nas and Weller are more alike than they want to admit," Gero told Entertainment Weekly. "They're both kind of loners, leaders, mono-fixated on a goal."
According to Gero, Nas and Weller found much comfort with each other until the latter realized that the former was irritating him. The executive producer added that Nas will have to "explain that one real quick if there's any hope for something past a fling."
In "Resolves Eleven Myths," Jane (Jaimie Alexander) and Roman (Luke Mitchell) went on a sandstorm mission. On the other hand, Edgar Reade (Rob Brown) and Tasha Zapata (Audrey Esparza) dealt with an urgent matter.
Stapleton, Alexander, Brown, Esparza and Mitchell will join Esmer, Choi and Koo in "Resolves Eleven Myths." Ashley Johnson, Ukweli Roach and Kelly Aaron will also appear in the episode as Patterson, Dr. Robert Borden and an FBI agent, respectively.
