If the latest WTF rumors are to be believed, the Canadian rapper Drake is said to be dating the American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift. Shocked at the turn of events, many fans of these two artistes have bombarded the social media with a flurry of hilarious reactions.
According to the rumors, the two singers were spotted talking closely, flirting intimately, and laughing in Swift's booth at Drake's 30th birthday bash in Los Angeles on Oct. 23, Sunday. In fact, the rumors also suggested that the "Forever" singer spent more time with the "Bad Blood" songster than he did with his mom and reportedly also made it a point to introduce her to his mother.
Drake and Swift have been good friends "for several years," The Sun reported. The recent rumors related to their coupling were actually fuelled following their intimate couple-like behavior at the party. The two were earlier photographed looking very comfy at the 2013 MTV Video Music Aware backstage, where Drake was seen holding Taylor's hand while chatting.
Drake, who is single now following his recent split from Rihanna, actually made his fans inquisitive when he apparently gave a stamp of approval to Swift earlier this week following her performance at her Formula 1 concert in Texas. The rapper not only liked her performance, but also left a checkmark
Drake liked and left a checkmark comment as Taylor posted a photograph from that night.
Swift too has often admitted that she was a great fan of Drake. The songster particularly said this after she danced along to one of Drake's tracks in an Apple Music advertisement earlier in 2016.
Meanwhile, another site has a somewhat different story regarding Drake and Swift's alleged romance. Though Drake gave a VIP treatment to the singer and introduced her to his mother, it was not for something like "love, happiness and togetherness," TMZ quoted a source as telling them.
According to the source, since Swift is not a regular at the rapper's bashes, he made it a point to introduce her to all members of his close circle, which includes his mother. In any case, Swift is considered to be amongst the greatest female singers in the circuit now.
Since neither Drake nor Swift have denied or confirmed the rumors on social media or anywhere else, many fans of the two artistes have been flooding the Internet with comments imagining the two as a "Draylor" couple.
