It is a no-brainer that the next episode will Caitlin Snow-centric and her transformation to Killer Frost. But, she will have to find out ways to deal with the changes. The promo for "The Flash" Season 3, episode 7 shows what is in store in "Killer Frost."

The promo kick starts with Caitlin changing her form and Barry learns that his friend is a matter and not a friendly one.
Barry thinks Caitlin is sick and she is unable to think straight.
Towards the end, Caitlin accuses Barry of messing with everyone's lives and he is cold hearted.

"The Flash" Season 3, episode 7 spoilers
The new episode will see Caitlin struggling to disclose her identity. Danielle Panabaker, who plays Caitlin, talked to Collider about her character in the new episode.
"I think that conversation would be a little bit difficult, like, 'Hey guys, I don't have any answers, but here you go,' especially for Caitlin as a scientist and someone who is focused on always having the answers. She wants to get this figured out for herself before she comes to the team with her request for them, etc," Panabaker said.
Elsewhere, Joe and H.R. connect in the new installment, according to Carlos Valdes, who plays Cisco, we will see H.R.'s backstory.
"You can expect a lot of HR's business and backstory to be rooted in some of this writing of his, and specifically the narrative that he's tackling will reveal itself over upcoming episodes."

"Caitlin uses her powers to save Barry but, as her mother predicted, the effort unleashes her inner Killer Frost. Killer Frost then goes on a rampage looking for Dr. Alchemy, kidnapping Julian and battling both the Flash and Vibe. Meanwhile, Joe and H.R. have a heart-to-heart talk," reads the synopsis via TV Guide.
