"For Honor," which is set to be released next year on Microsoft Windows PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One platform, will reportedly receive a boost on its single player campaign.
Since the announcement of its February 2017 release, gamers and fans alike have been anticipating its arrival, especially after a promise of single-player mode upgrade was guaranteed by game developer Ubisoft Montreal. Although the game has amassed a legion of followers online because of its absorbing multiplayer gameplay, Ubisoft assured that same thing would be experienced by lone players in "For Honor's" single-player campaign.
Ubisoft creative director Jason VandenBerghe highlighted some key points of the game's single-player campaign, wherein gamers will have the chance to venture into a cinematic adventure where they will be able to play Knights and Raider. "For Honor" gamers will have the chance to play all through three different regions; the knights' homeland, the Viking homeland, and the samurai homeland and such offer are intended for players to gain the full experience of the game without going online as part of the game's feature, according to GameSpot.
As a brief background on the storyline, "For Honor" will center on warlord Apollyon, pro-war and interested in chaos. The story of the game pits three central factions against each other, namely The Legion, The Chosen, and The Warborn. The said faction represents medieval knights, samurai, and Vikings within a Medieval fantasy setting.
As part of "For Honor" game feature, Ubisoft detailed that the game will include innovative control system, which puts gamers in total control of your Heroes. It is expected that during the game players will be immersed in combat that has been designed to deliver the feeling of true dueling without sacrificing accessibility and simplicity.
