A special security team of U.K. has identified some 220 people who could be a threat to the Duchess. Mirror reported that U.K. security is on high alert as the Duchess Middleton and Prince William's second child is due to arrive next month.
Officers and psychiatric nurses are carrying out "welfare and medication checks" on what is believed to be the most "high risk" individuals. Officers of Middleton's security are also keeping an eye on the activities happening on the internet and social media so as to access any danger.
The former head of royal protection for the Metropolitan Police, Dai Davies, said there is always an increase in security before big events like weddings and births in the royal family. Fixated individuals are the greatest threat to the royal family and according to a Time's report , 40 per cent of U.K.'s stalkers are obsessed by royal family members.
Meanwhile, Middleton is all set to welcome the newest addition to her family. According to US weekly, the Duchess is taking extra care this time that her baby stays healthy and fit. She has made few changes in her beauty regimen to put away the harmful products and include the organic ones.
Middleton, who is known for her amazing maternity style, is keeping busy with appearances and charity events. Various tabloids reported that the Duchess was rushed to hospital amid a health scare, the report soon turned out to be a false alarm.
The eight-month-old Middleton will soon visit the sets of the show "Downtown Abbey" to celebrate its success. She was last seen in a purple floral dress at a birthday party at the Belgravia's Goring Hotel.
