Based on reports, "Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood" will be launched on PC and PlayStation 4 come the said date. The "Stormblood" expansion will also include not just raid updates, but most especially new characters to choose from. Red Mage has already been revealed during the "FFXIV" Fan Festival in Tokyo, and such revelation likely added to the anticipation of gamers for more details of upcoming classes.

With such query being posted, various rumors and speculations surfaced online. One of the prominent potential additions would be the Samurai class. This particular character, according to avid "Final Fantasy" fans may be highly associated with the shirt that game director Naoki Yoshida was wearing during "FFXIV" Fan Festival.

Apart from the theory of Samurai class addition in the "Stormblood" expansion, other speculated characters have also been mentioned by some fans. The next class revelation would likely include a Dancer, for it has been included in the trailer of the game, according to Twinfinite.

Another character was also mentioned as one of the new jobs in the upcoming "Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood" expansion. Although it may be coming from an outside of the box perspective, Chemist class has a potential to be part of the additional jobs of "Stormblood", according to the same site.
