CBS' "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 resumes its run with episode 12, this Thursday. The highly anticipated segment is titled "The Holiday Summation" and it focuses on how the gang celebrated holidays. Here are detailed spoilers for the next chapter of the series. In the previously aired episode, Bernadette and Howard are blessed with a baby girl and she is named Halley. Raj is announced to be the baby girl's Godfather. Meanwhile, Amy and Sheldon have their annual sex.
This week, the fan-favourite sitcom returns after two week's hiatus. "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 episode 12 will reveal how the characters spent their holidays.
According to spoilers by Spoiler TV, Sheldon and Amy pay a visit to their friends Leonard and Penny for the first time after they returned from their vacation. The couple unveils the details about their trip to Texas and how it did not go as planned. They revealed that their trip was terrible. Meanwhile, fans can expect to see Laurie Metcalf return as Sheldon's mother, Mary.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, "The Big Bang Theory" showrunner Steve Molaro revealed that Season 10 episode 12, which happens to be the winter premiere, will be a flashback episode. The executive producer further revealed the purpose of Sheldon and Amy's trip to Texas. They were reportedly there to let Sheldon's mother know that the couple is living in together.
In the meantime, Howard and Bernadette welcome their baby and begin to learn about parenting issues. As for Penny and Leonard, they are having the best Christmas until an unexpected twist leads to a downward spiral. In a shocking twist, the couple decides to go to a farm and chop down their Christmas tree. The showrunner has Penny and Leonard's Season 10 episode 12 storyline as "ridiculously fun."
The network recently released an extended promo for "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10 episode 12. It shows Sheldon apologising to Bernadette and Amy and admits that he was acting odd intentionally.
