The latest details and spoilers for "Thor: Ragnarok" will feature Doctor Strange's appearance and Sam Neill's possible character in the sequel.
It seems that Doctor Stephen Strange's (Benedict Cumberbatch) appearance in "Thor: Ragnarok" has been confirmed as the official Disney fan website, D23 stated that the future Sorcerer Supreme will be joining Thor Odinson (Chris Hemsworth) and Bruce Banner/The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) in their journey to save Asgard from Ragnarok.
It was during the post-end credits of "Doctor Strange" movie that Thor visited Stepen Strange to the Sanctum Sanctorum as they agreed to find Thor's adopted brother Loki (Tom Hidldleston) in New York as he knows where there to find their father, Odin Allfather (Anthony Hopkins) who has became a homeless man in New York.
Previous reports revealed that Loki will be responsible for the "Planet Hulk" subplot in "Thor: Ragnarok" as he put both Banner and Thor in the gladiator planet hosted by the Grandmaster (Jeff Goldblum). They will also meet Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson) as one of the gladiators and helps them escape.
Loki along Hela (Cate Blanchett) took over Asgard and banished Odin to Earth. However, Hela betrayed Loki and was responsible for releasing the monsters Surtur and Fenris Wolf setting up to destroy the Nine Realms. Hela is accompanied by Skurge, the Executioner (Karl Urban) but will have some sort of moral conflict about her goals.
Now Thor, Hulk and Loki must save Asgard from Ragnarok by finding the Soul Stone, which is rumored to be hidden within Heimdall (Idris Elba). Loki will eventually betray the heroes and deliver the Soul Stone Thanos (Josh Brolin) as a way to spare him setting events for "Avengers: Infinity War".
In other news, several rumors are making rounds regarding "Jurrasic Park" star Sam Neill's character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as one particular race of cosmic beings has been hinted.
Marvel fans theorized and speculated that Neill's character could be an Elder of the Universe in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, after all his "Jurassic Park" co-star Jeff Goldblum will be playing the Collector. The Grandmasters' brother, the Collector (Benecio del Toro) is also a member of the Elders and Ego (Kurt Russell) is also included in the same class.
Both characters are featured in "Guardians of the Galaxy" movies. Neil's character could be the following Elders such as the Runner, the Gardener, the Judicater, the Explorer or the Champion of the Universe, The Hollywood Reporter reported.
So far, Marvel Studios has not yet made any statements regarding Neill's role in "Thor: Ragnarok" and they will reveal it very soon before the film's launch this year.
"Thor: Ragnarok" is scheduled to be released in cinemas on Nov. 3.
