In "The Fresno Curse," Miller tells the members of the Junior Elite team that they will be performing a routine inspired by the hit movie, "The Help." The film, which was released in 2011, starred Viola Davis, Octavia Spencer, Emma Stone and more.
Miller decides that Frazier should take the lead in the group dance number, but the latter's mom, Holly, is not very pleased with the idea. The professor tells Miller that the movie touches on a very sensitive subject and may trigger controversy come performance day.
Unfortunately, Miller does not have any plans to listen to what Holly has to say. The Junior Elite team continued with their performance entitled, "Good Help Is Hard to Find." Luckily for them, the routine landed them in first place in both teen division and overall.
Meanwhile, there is more controversy in the upcoming episode of "Dance Moms" Season 7. Miller will pit three duets against each other. Brynn Rumfallo will be working with newcomer Camryn, Elliana Walmsley will be paired with newcomer Maesi and Kalani Hilliker and Kendall Vertes will partner with each other.
In the promo released by Lifetime, Rumfallo's mom is seen throwing shade at Vertes' mom Jill. Ashlee Allen tells Jill that she does not mind if her daughter and Camryn land in second, third or fourth place. What is most important for her is that Rumfallo will beat Hilliker and Vertes.
An upset Jill fired back at Ashlee by saying that she is not a good team player. But in the end, Rumfallo and Camryn will get first place, while Hilliker and Vertes will only get second place. Walmsley and Maesi's duet will also rank second place.
Elsewhere, Walmsey's mom, Yolanda, and Maesi's mom, Jamie, will also crack under pressure while encouraging their girls to make sure they win first place.
"Dance Moms" Season 7, episode 7 will air on Lifetime on Jan. 10 at 9 p.m. EST.
