"19 Kids and Counting" alum Amy Duggar-King recently claimed that she was abused by one of her family members from several years ago. The revelation was featured in "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars" where she and husband, Dillon King, are a part of.
However, the cousin of the Duggars did not name the family member that physically assaulted her several years ago. But when speaking with Entertainment Tonight, she confirmed that the big reveal will take place in the upcoming episode of "Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars."
Last month, there were speculations that Dillon was the one responsible for mistreating the TLC reality TV star. However, Duggar-King slammed the rumors via her official Twitter account. She even used the hashtag "love my husband" to prove how much they love each other and how invested they are in keeping their marriage intact.
Immediately after, fans also started speculating that Duggar's cousin, Josh, may have been responsible for the cruel deed. Unfortunately, the truth behind the incident will only be disclosed in the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, Duggar-King does not have any regrets exposing the shocking information on national television. Dillon, who did not have any knowledge of the incident, admitted that he was also shocked that his wife never told him about it. Duggar-King also had to inform her relatives that the story will be featured in the reality TV show, but clarified that she did so for the sake of her healing.
"I called this person and told them what was going on and that kind of thing. I think they were shocked about it and a little hurt that it was mentioned, but at the same time, it needed to happen. I needed to forgive that person," she said.
In other news, Duggar-King's parents filed for divorce in 2015. At that time, she revealed that her dad told her about their decision to end their marriage via a text on Christmas Day. More than a year later, Duggar-King thinks that her parents' marriage would have been saved if they were featured in "Marriage Boot Camp" first.
The story I was describing in the Marriage Bootcamp teaser does not involve Dillon in any way. #Ilovemyhusband
