Josh Hutcherson who played Peeta Mellark in the latest movie from The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1, is excited to go back to his normal hair color, as reported by RTE News.
Hutcherson said that dying and bleaching his hair to blonde was not his idea at all. He added that he will miss the cast and crew as they have been together for the past several years. Although they keep in touch regularly, it is still different now that the franchise is one more movie to go.
As the first part of the two-part movie, Katniss Everdeen is seen coping with the unforgettable events from the last few games. She also dreaded to leave Peeta behind but she has no choice. President Coin, Heavensbee plus the other District 13 rebels refer to Katniss as the symbolic Mocking jay that will be the signal of the war against President Snow and the mighty Capitol. Katniss may very well be the one to set off the war, as reported by Dread Central.
Katniss is also seen being healed when reunited with her beloved mother Malcomson and her loving sister Prim and her lost love Gale. From there, Katniss decided to be the Mockingjay and start the fight of the propaganda. She becomes affected when Peeta was featured in a video looking sick and almost dying.
This is where President Snow signals the attack on the District 13 rebels and puts Peeta as bait for Katniss to find him.
Reviews show that Mockingjay Part 1 has many dragging scenes and doesn't look like it is a complete movie at all. Several characters can do without but the saving factor is Jennifer Lawrence's brilliant performance in this franchise.
Mockingjay Part 1 lacks the action viewers are waiting for and dwells more on the stars shown having a discussion on what happened in the past films. Hope that Part 2 will be better and maybe it is best to end this franchise while it still hot.
