The second half of "How to Get Away with Murder" Season 3 will see Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) in prison, while investigations are still ongoing following Wes' (Alfred Enoch) death and Rebecca's (Katie Findlay) murder. Although viewers have seen Wes' demise in episode 9, the winter premiere will still see Enoch in flashbacks.

1. Annalise will be donning a burgundy jumpsuit.
The winter premiere will see the tough lawyer wearing a burgundy jumpsuit, which is something new in the prison. She will face tough times as her reputation starts to melt down.
"When we see her, we'll see that she's in a jail cell with at least two other inmates because of overcrowding, which is super real right now," executive producer Peter Nowalk told Entertainment Weekly. "She's going to have to deal with these women, like sharing a toilet in the open. It's not good."
2. Two mysteries continue to hunt in "How to Get Away with Murder" Season 3, episode 10.
The two biggest mysteries in the winter premiere that need to be answered is who killed Wes and who started the fire. At the end of episode 9, it was revealed that Wes was dead when the fire broke at Annalise's house.
Aside from Annalise, other possible suspect could be one of Wes' friends. Some of the potential arsonists and killers may also come from the characters who were seen as early as Season 1.
3. Connor (Jack Falahee) will have a mental breakdown.
Connor is not good in handling unexpected things. In "How to Get Away with Murder" Season 3 winter premiere, viewers could see the real score of his mental state. He will break down in one of the scenes in the hospital.
4. Expect a Trump joke in the winter premiere.
To break the suspense in the upcoming episode of "How to Get Away with Murder," viewers would see a part of the show that reference to President Donald Trump. One of the main characters would portray Trump that has something to do with grabbing, according to Buddy TV.
5. There's a drama surrounding Laurel's pregnancy.
"How to Get Away with Murder" Season 3, episode 10 will see some scenes focused on Laurel (Karla Souza), particularly after she was found pregnant. The biggest question pertains to who is the father of her baby. There is a possibility that Wes or her ex-boyfriend Frank (Charlie Weber) could be the father of her baby.
