"Maleficent" star Angelina Jolie is rumored to be adopting a seventh child amid her divorce from Brad Pitt. There are reports saying that Jolie wants the seventh child to be hers alone.

According to InTouch Weekly, Jolie has been planning on adopting another baby for quite some time now, and Pitt does not have any ideas about it. If proven to be true, the adoption could impact not only their divorce, but also their ongoing custody battle.

When they were still together, Jolie would ask Pitt every now and then if they can have another child, but the actor will always refuse. The "Ocean's Eleven" actor believes that they already have enough kids and need not grow their family further.

Meanwhile, Jolie was the one who filed for divorce from Pitt in September 2016. The actress cited irreconcilable differences as the main cause for their split. However, the actress also claimed that Pitt assaulted their eldest child while they were on a plane. When investigators conducted an interview and casing of the situation, they discovered that there is no truth to Jolie's claims.

The actress is also requesting for sole physical custody of their six children, but Pitt is fighting for joint custody in court. A source recently told the Daily Mail that it was never Pitt's intention to take their six children away from Jolie. The actress, on the other hand, wants him to be away from them.

In other news, Pitt seems to be in a much better place these days. The actor was recently spotted walking around Santa Monica looking happier and more relaxed. He was also seen getting rid of some of Jolie's things from their home in Los Angeles.

There are reports that Pitt wants to get rid of Jolie's things from him home so that it would be easier for him to move on from his estranged wife. As of late, Pitt is residing in their home in Los Angeles all by himself, while Jolie and their six children are residing somewhere in Malibu.

Jolie and Pitt have been blessed with six children, five of which are adopted, namely, Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.
