"Prey" from developer Arkane Studios sure is a promising title with Bethesda Softworks as its game publisher. Before its player base grabs ahold of the forthcoming game, the developer hinted that their latest offering will have several endings.
Arkane's lead designer, Ricardo Bare spoke with Gamespot regarding Prey and stated that the game will have multiple end results. He further explained that the game's ending will be dependent on how players treated the non-playable characters (NPCs) in the game. Bare went on saying that there are lots of repercussions both during and at the end of it.
Furthermore, its endings, as Bare described it to have a "wide variance," will heavily zero in on the space station - Talos 1 and the human survivors within the said space prison. He added that within those two elements, a deluge of outcomes will be encountered by the player. Bare also highlighted that albeit the game carries the same moniker as Human Head-developed "Prey" in 2006, the game is in no way connected to the said title.
Bethesda, on the other hand, has laid out the game's minimum and optimum PC requirements. As for Prey's minimum PC requisites, the game will run on a Core i5 2400 or an AMD FX-8320 CPU. The build also needs to sport an AMD Radeon HD 7870 or NVIDIA's GTX 670 GPU that has a 2GB VRAM. Other specs include a RAM size of up to 8 GB, Direct X DX11, a hard disk drive of at least 55GB, and a Windows 7 64 operating system, WCCFtech reported.
For an optimal gaming experience, the desktop should have either a 4-core Core i7 3770 or an AMD FX-8350 CPU that has an 8GB RAM. Lastly, a GTX 970 or a Radeon R9 290 both with 4GB VRAM are highly recommended for a GPU for the game. "Prey's" release date will be on May 5 and will also be available on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.
