Josh Altman from the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles series had a spooky showing for October, but that might not be good for real estate sales. Josh botched the showing since "spirits" stalk the luxurious home for sale. Or is there more to it?

An exclusive sneak peeks with E! Online for tomorrow's episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, to air on Thursday, October 7. Josh Altman goes to lengths to ease the minds of potential buyers that the $8.75 million home is not haunted.

Josh goes on to say that the previous owners loved the place but are looking for a bigger place to nest.

This all went awry as the three adolescent daughters of the owner refused to leave and planned some mischievous surprises for the unwitting adults. During the open house, "Do Not Enter" posters were posted, and "Infested With Rats" warning signs were spread throughout the 10,200 sq. ft. luxury home. Thus making potential buyers think twice.

A client also pointed out what seems to be a broken machine in the kitchen area. Still, Josh hastily comments that if something is currently broken, then it shall be repaired.

As the property is only two years old, there shouldn't be any problems with any constructions built. Still, the current occupant's daughters might have something to say or do about it.

Josh then proceeds with the open house showing the indoor-outdoor home to Grammy winners, models, producers, and the sort. However, all have mixed reactions from the house tour.

An agent asked promptly asked Josh if he was sure that the house wasn't haunted as a book was thrown down from the second floor, which landly squarely in front of her feet.

Another model who was spooked said that she "doesn't want to mess with any spirits." Hence, she hesitates on purchasing the property.

Josh responded by saying that the only spirits living in this luxury home are "vodka and tequila," however, three little girls ultimately rule the house.

The MDLLA star voiced his frustration by saying that the girls are making a mess out of the showing, even though he doesn't mind a little distraction from them. The problem is that brokers think Josh is now wasting their time and would leave a bad taste in their mouths.

Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles will air on Thursday, 8 PM on Bravo.
