Drama touches new heights on "General Hospital" (GH) in episode airing March 20, 2015. The upcoming segment will focus on some of the popular characters of Port Charles including, Lulu (Emme Rylan), Tracy (Jane Elliot), Pat (Dee Wallace), Jake (Billy Miller), Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), Nina (Michelle Stafford), Franco (Roger Howarth) and others.
The episode digs into Pat's storyline, unexpected guest at Jake and Elizabeth's place, and Nina and Franco's struggle with difficult decisions. Here are few spoilers for March 20 episode of "General Hospital" (GH). Read on to find out what happens next.

Fans can expect to see some drama between Lulu and Tracy and Pat Spencer. According to We Love Soaps and Soap Central, Lulu and Tracy finally get the chance to meet someone from Spencer family, who happens to be Luke and Bobbie's sister, Pat. Lulu and Tracy have some questions to ask and they are hopeful to receive the answers too. Fans will be interesting to know the outcome of the duo's meeting with Pat Spencer.
Meanwhile, Jake and Elizabeth receive and "unexpected" guest. Who is this surprise visitor remains to be seen and what he/she brings along with him is another question.
Nina and Franco find themselves in yet another difficult situation that demands them to make some hard decisions. Further, fans can expect to see some drama between Nathan and Spinelli. At the same time, Ava approaches Sila for help.
