James Corden is amongst those who are not afraid to offer his flesh just to promote his newest TV gig. Previously, he bared it all for GQ Magazine in order to catch attention for his "The Late Late Show" hosting adventure, the Mirror shared. Now, he is persuading worldwide audiences by offering football legend David Beckham's body.
In the comical ad, both flaunted their "D&J" undergarments. Corden and Beckham got into a skit to promote the soccer player's appearance on the show.
The "Gavin & Stacey" actor has decided to dwell in Los Angeles to take away the American chat show from Craig Ferguson. His convincing powers were tested on "The Late Late Show" premiere episode on March 23 where Corden had made Mila Kunis to reveal that she has tied the knot with, then, beau Ashton Kutcher, the Stuff reported.
Beckham is no stranger to underwear ads, having involved himself in campaigns for "H&M" and "Giorgio Armani" in the past. Corden, on the other hand, has parodied a similar ad in 2008 for "Heat," a UK magazine.
The "D&J" ad is not the "The Late Late Show" host's first time to perform a kit with the "Golden Balls." They have shared some moments in a certain segment for "Sport Relief," a UK charity show. A few of their unforgettable acts include flower arranging wearing nothing but bathrobes, cuddling with with neighbors and enjoying a bubble bath together.
Corden, who has established solid friendship with the Beckham family, had admitted in previous interviews that he is in complete awe of the football superstar.
