"Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." Season 2 features an action-packed Episode 16 on Tuesday, April 7, 2015. The upcoming segment will focus on the aftermath of Gonzalez's attack on Coulson's S.H.I.E.L.D. The episode titled "Afterlife" will feature how Coulson tries to reunite his team while he deals with his newest enemies-Gonzalez, Bobbi and Mack. The upcoming episode will see Coulson struggling to safeguard the future of his team. ABC has released a synopsis for Episode 16 on its official website. According to the press release, Robert Gonzalez "makes his move." It is speculated that Gonzalez puts his plan in motion as he aims to completely overthrow Coulson's S.H.I.E.L.D. and take control as the leader.
However, Coulson won't let Gonzalez win. He does whatever it takes to keep S.H.I.E.L.D. from falling apart and bring together his team members.
Meanwhile, Coulson must bring back Skye who escaped with Gordon in the last episode. In the new place, where she tries to master her superpowers, Skye finds a new friend/ally. The synopsis suggest the entry of a new character named Lincoln, who happens to be a Inhuman and will become Skye's support during her struggle to adapt to the changes in her.
A promo video (as published YouTube by Television Promos) for "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." Season 2 teases the events of Episode 16. Coulson promises that he won't go down without a fight to find Skye and reclaim S.H.I.E.L.D. Fans can also take a glimpse of "Afterlife" in photos published on Coming Soon.
