"The Voice" season 8 (2015) revealed its top 12 artists last week. The show has now reached its final phase of the competition that commences on Monday, April 13 with Episode 17 featuring Week 2 of Live Playoffs. As Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton and Pharrell Williams continue to judge and mentor their team members, country music songstress Reba McEntire will join as a common advisor to the remaining participants. "The Voice" Season 8 (2015) Live Playoffs Week 2 will see the performances of top 12 artists on Monday, April 13. It will be followed by declaration of results on Tuesday, April 14.
In Episode 17, the top 12 contestants will perform live in front of the studio audience to win the votes from American viewers. Based on the public voting, two artists will be eliminated and top 10 will be revealed. The remaining contestants will perform in the next stage of "The Voice" Live Playoffs.
According to Mjsbigblog.com, Week 2 of Live Playoffs will introduce Instant Save in "The Voice" Season 8 (2015). During this round, an artist in danger due to lowest number of votes will become eligible for Instant Save. For those unfamiliar, this feature allows these artists to perform again in order to impress the public. Then, viewers from America get the opportunity to cast their votes for their favourite artists during a five-minute window via Twitter using #VoiceSave or "The Voice" app.

The abovementioned publication notes that the upcoming episode will feature a celebrity guest performance. Former "The Voice" Season 8 (2015) advisor Nick Jonas will make a return to perform his latest single "Chains" during elimination episode of Live Playoffs Week 2.
