The time has come and pregnant Duchess Kate Middleton can pop anytime now. The series of notices seen outside the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's Hospital in London indicates that the due date is almost here and the second royal child can arrive anytime.
The official notice has warned the visitors of parking restrictions between April 15 to April 30 in the wake of a "special event." Although Princess' due date is reportedly April 25, she can go into labour anytime as her nine months has already completed, Mirror reported.
The princess is returning to the same hospital where she gave birth to her first child, Prince George. In fact the royal couple is given a 10 per cent loyalty discount which is offered to other returning mothers as well.
The hospital is also gearing up and is taking all the necessary precautions to ensure safe and healthy delivery. Middleton's labour will be overseen by the popular gynaecologist Guy Thorpe-Beeston.
On the other hand, the royal family is taking all precautions to ensure that the Duchess should not be photographed while heading to the hospital. Prince William and Middleton do not want the media to camp outside the hospital in wait of the newborns' first picture.
It should be noted here that at the time of Prince George's birth, the hospital's parking lot had become a mini fair ground as the media personnels camped there for weeks in the wait of the royal baby, Daily Mail reported.
London's St. Mary's Hospital was the primary choice of the Princess right from the start. Several other royals including Prince George, Prince William and Prince Harry were also born in the same hospital.
The hospital, especially the Lindo wing is fitted with all the latest possible amenities. The rooms have television, wi-fi radio, a safe and a fridge along with a separate catering staff. The hospital also offers its own wine list in case the new parents wish to raise a toast for the baby and also fully-reclining chairs for tired Daddies.
