It is highly expected that Zhang and Wang will choose June 29 for their big day as it will be the "Flying Higher" hit maker's 44th birthday. However, representatives of both the stars have vehemently denied the claim, saying that they don't have any knowledge about the date or the registration.
Zhang and Wang's romance rumours first circulated in 2013. Wang has been quite vocal in the relationship who openly spoke of his love for the "Rush Hour 2" star during one of his concerts in Shanghai.
The couple has been under immense media pressure to get married. Although the actress had slammed the critics and online commentators for undue interference in her personal life, lately she hinted on the possibility of her settling down soon as she is "not getting any younger."
Wang proposed to Zhang on her 36th birthday party. According to Asia One, a white drone carrying a diamond ring flew in the party area near the actress along with a soft romantic number. The rock star went down on one knee in front of the fellow invitees, which also included singers Na Ying and Wang Leehom.
In the past, the actress had been involved in several high profile relationships with men like wealthy heir Eric Fok and CCTV host Sa Beining. However, none of the relationship could last any longer and eventually fizzled out. On the other hand, this will be the third time that Wang will be walking down the aisle.
