"Loyal" singer Chris Brown seems to be knee deep in a legal battle with his child mama. Recent reports state that the singer and the mother of his love child, Nia Guzman, are now feuding over the child support money.
Rumors are rife that the 26-year-old singer recently stopped paying child support to Guzman for of his one-year-old baby girl, Royalty. The singer, who was paying $2,500 as support money to his close friend, has not paid a single dollar since March as the latter has increased her demand six times.
Guzman is now demanding $15,000 a month, which the singer finds exorbitantly high and is not ready to pay, unidentified sources told TMZ. The report further states that Guzman is seriously considering legal action to demand back the child support and also the hiked amount. Her lawyer, Carl Moore, is said to file papers in next two weeks if the amount is not released immediately.
Meanwhile, the singer played doting father as he took the little one to the Billboard Music Awards on May 17, Daily Mail reported. The singer carried her in his arms down the red carpet and even posed proudly for the camera. The identity of the love child of the singer, first revealed in March, reportedly created a turmoil in the life of the singer as he was criticized heavily in social media. His model girlfriend, Karueche Tran, dumped him on Twitter and later claimed in an interview that she learned the shocking news from the media reports and not from the singer.
