Season 5 of "Suits" premiered with the effects of Donna joining Louis and leaving Harvey. Donna's offer to work for final two weeks for Harvey was turned down by him as he hoped she will come back. Now, what is in store in "Suits" Season 5, episode 2 titled "Compensation" that airs on July 1, 2015?

According to "Suits" Season 5, episode 2 synopsis, Harvey looks for a replacement for Donna. Meanwhile, Mike helps in taking a case as a favour. Elsewhere, Louis is dragged in a shocking case of money. Robert Zane gives advice about Mike and Rachel's engagement. Also, Jessica is confronted by Jack regarding Harvey.
Meanwhile, "Suits" series creator Aaron Korsh talked to TV Guide and revealed that Harvey is going to get a new secretary named Gretchen, quite soon. Korsh stated that she is "unexpected."
"She's not the opposite of Donna, but he's hiring her in reaction to losing Donna. He doesn't want another Donna; he doesn't want that situation again," Korsh said. He mentioned that fans will get know more about this new character Gretchen over time.
"Suits" Season 5, episode 2 will also see a new character named Jack Soloff (John Pyper-Ferguson). "He's basically a partner who's existed within the firm, though we have not met him, and he gets a sort of new position as head of the Compensation Committee, and uses that to get new power within the firm and sort of come after Harvey," Korsh said to Yahoo. He mentioned that Jack is going to be a big part of "Suits" Season 5.
