The highly anticipated "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End," to be released exclusively on PlayStation platforms, is expected to run at a resolution of 1080p and 60fps frame rate, which Naughty Dog's Anthony Newman, a co-lead designer, claims to be not feasible.

"For the game we wanted to make, to make the best game possible, [30fps] was just something that we had to do. If we wanted to hit a locked 60fps, there's a lot of optimizations in the environments that would have to happen. This would make each level take longer to make," Newman told Game Spot.

However, Naughty Dog has confirmed that the game's multiplayer mode will feature a frame rate of 60fps. Photo Mode feature will also be making its way to the "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End." The remastered collection of the original "Uncharted" trilogy with the games running at around 60fps, is also expected to be out later this year, Dark Horizons reported.

The upcoming title, likely the flagship game for PlayStation 4 next year, just had its 15-minute extended E3 demo trailer titled "Sam Pursuit," revealed, showing Drake, Sam and Sully in a shootout.

The "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" is speculated to be the final entry of the series, with a gameplay taking place after three years from the previous "Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception" events.

The title was first announced in 2013 and was initially slated for a release this year. Later, the "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" release date was pushed back to first or second quarter of 2016, as the developer needed more time.
