Developer CD Projekt Red has rolled out “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” free DLC for Week 8, an alternative look for Ciri, which was previously leaked.
It is the same content that was accidentally leaked alongside the “Where the Cat and Wolf Play” quest DLC that was rolled out for Week 7. The new Zerrikanian outfit for Ciri, was reportedly available prematurely for download earlier last week, which the developer warned against downloading, GameSpot reported.
Ciri’s new look follows the previous attire DLCs for Geralt, Yennefer and Triss, apart from any weapon or quests. This is the #14 DLC out of the 16 promised DLCs that is slated to be released every week for “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.”
The other DLCs rolled out in the past weeks include different quests like the last DLC “Where the Cat and Wolf Play” quest, Fool’s Gold quest, Skellige’s Most Wanted quest, Missing Miners quest and Scavenger Hunt: Wolf School Gear Quest, various armor sets such as a Skellige Armor set, Nilfgaardian Armor Set, Temerian Armor set, along with a Elite Crossbow set, according to PlayStation LifeStyle.
“The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” will receive two more DLCs in the following weeks, which the fans expect to be something big. Besides, the developer is also hard at work on the upcoming expansions “Hearts of Stone” and “Blood and Wine,” which combined together will more likely be as big as “The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings.”
Apart from the Ciri’s outfit DLC, “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” Patch 1.07 is also expected to land pretty soon, possible in a few days. CD Projekt Red has released the full patch notes for the update that fixes a large number of issues.
Rumor has it that the patch will be out by July 16, Thursday. As of now, the developer is yet to confirm “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” patch 1.07 release date.
