The much awaited "NCIS" Season 13, all set to air on Sept. 22, has just had its premiere episode title leaked, which is speculated to be in reference to the events of the previous season's finale.
The first episode of the upcoming season will be titled "Stop the Bleeding," which is more likely about what is happening with Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon), TV Line reported.
The Season 12 finale episode saw Gibbs being shot by a boy named Luke, leaving fans hanging to the question "Will Agent Gibbs survive?" There a number of reports with evidence of Harmon signing the contract for next season, suggesting that the agent will surely survive. But the possibility of Gibbs returning to just wrap up his character or just to appear in the flashbacks cannot be denied.
However, the title "Stop the Bleeding" can also go well with stopping any more attacks from The Calling, as at the end of last season, the team back in DC was trying to figure who the next target will be, Examiner reported.
In the “NCIS” Season 13, Agent Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) will reportedly step up and lead the team while agent Gibbs recovers from his injuries. The aftermath of the finale events will have psychological effects as well as long-term effects on the entire team, which will make them more united.
Mike Franks (Muse Watson), who is dead for years according to the show, will also make a comeback, possibly in flashbacks or dream sequences. Rumor has it that Franks will play a big role in agent Gibbs' quicker recovery.
Nevertheless, there is very little known about what the "NCIS" season 13 has in store for its fans. With filming already started, more information can be expected to leak soon.
