The purported 2015 Huawei Nexus smartphone has been spotted in a video clip that reveals its features like fingerprint scanner and USB Type-C connector.
The famous tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer of French tech blog Nowhereelse uploaded a new 10-second video clip of a mysterious Huawei smartphone. Rumors are claiming that it is the 2015 Huawei Nexus smartphone, Phone Arena reported.
Earlier, Hemmerstoffer also revealed a prototype edition of the Huawei Mate 8 through a video. It is slated to get announced on Sept. 2 at IFA event in Berlin, Germany. Speculations are rife that the next Google Nexus 2015 smartphone built by Huawei will be based on the Huawei Mate 8.
It is not easy to understand whether the rear panel of the device is made up of plastic or metal. According to Giz China, the 2015 Huawei Nexus will be coming with a metal uni-body design.
The rear panel sports a camera sensor along with a single LED flash. Rumors are rife that it will be featuring a 21 MP IMX230 shooter on its rear. Below the camera, there is a fingerprint scanner. The bottom side of the device is fitted with a USB Type-C connector. The 2015 Huawei Nexus is expected to feature a 5.7-inch Quad HD AMOLED screen. The display screen for the handset will be supplied by Samsung.
It is not sure whether the Snapdragon 810 or Snapdragon 820 will be present under its hood. However, since the newer SD 820 chip is slated to get launched on Aug. 11, speculations are also indicating that it will be powering the phablet.
