The much anticipated "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" will be launched in selected theaters in United Sates on Oct. 10.
Eleven Arts also released a subtitled trailer. A list of theaters in the US that will launch the movie together with the exact dates was published in Crunchyroll.
While the film is more than a month from its official launch, there are already tickets accessible online for the pre-orders. The first pre-order purchases in Japan were accompanied by prizes, something that is not yet official about the pre-order purchases in the US.
"Boruto: Naruto the Movie" premiered in Japan on Aug 7. The movie shattered product box office standings by earning a total of $5.46 million (680 million yen) within its first three days in theater. According to iDigital Times, the movie became the highest selling "Naruto" by outselling the previous movie "The Last: Naruto the Movie" by more than 115.1 percent.
The movie is an epilogue to the "Naruto" product since it concentrates on Boruto (Naruto's child) and Sarada (Sasuke's child). Although Boruto is a promising child with great potential, he despises his father (the Seventh Hokage), and he is on the contrary becoming a trainee to his father's rival, Sasuke.
The film as well introduces a new cast, Mitsuki who already appeared in the "Naruto Gaiden" manga sequel. This character's whereabouts remain a mystery, although there are rumors that he may be related to Orochimaru.
Here is a full synopsis of "Boruto: Naruto the Movie":
Sasuke who has been on a mission from a different perspective seems in the eye of Naruto to give a warning concerning a strange imminent danger. Masked in an evil aura, Momoshiki and Kinshiki emerge during Tests and try to kill Naruto with the Rinnegan. Boruto is shocked and unable to do anything as Sasuke protects him. When Naruto moves in front to shield them, he vaguely smiles and vanishes in front of Boruto.
