Telecom company T-Mobile's branch in Austria will not be blocking the access to The Pirate Bay for their customers. A music rights group in the country asked T-Mobile to block TPB.
Earlier, the Commercial Court of Vienna ordered an ISP named A1 to block The Pirate Bay and other torrent websites. LSG, a music rights group asked their lawyers to contact other ISPs in Austria to follow the court's order, noted TorrentFreak.
Helmut Spudich, who is T-Mobile's spokesman talked to Futurezone about the issue. "We will not to comply with this request and access to The Pirate Bay will not be blocked."
Spudich stated that they don't wish to block their customers' access and would seek clarification on the matters.

Apart from T-Mobile, many other Austrian ISPs have received request for blocking The Pirate Bay for their customers.
However, it has to be seen if they will block TPB or refuse to block the file-sharing website. The court ordered A1 to block The Pirate Bay, 1337x.to, h33t.to and Isohunt.to in Austria for their consumers.
